Welcome to Purge,a non-Pirate West guild on the Inoch server of Archeage. With members spanning from alpha, beta and f2p we are an ever growing community enjoying all aspects of the game with With a focus on pvp. While we are non-pirates, we will protect our guild's and any and all future allies interests fiercely.
Guild organization will be comprised of the ruling council, which will include the guild lead and the highest ranking officers. They will be responsible for any final decision on any guild matters. No one person including the Guild lead can make a decision without approaching the others on the ruling council. Officers will be appointed by the ruling council as needed, and may or may not require an application process. Their numbers and responsibilities will depend on the size of the guild. It is our job to help you, especially with inter-guild conflicts so please reach out to us if needed.
General membership rules
1. First and foremost, respect other guild members and players in general. Discrimination/racism will not be tolerated by any means. That being said, we are all adults and we will not be monitoring chat and or TS and bad language/jokes are are commonplace in all game communication. If you have an issue with another guild member, please bring it to a high-council member's attention.
2. As we are a community, we ask that you help fellow guild members whenever possible to further Purge as a whole
Because alts make the game quite a bit easier, many members have more then one. To keep an accurate estimate of active members, please limit alts to 1 toon. Your other toons are MORE then welcome to take part in guild activities.
3. Members will be removed from the guild after 14 days of inactivity without first posting on the afk forums.
4. As the game is PVP oriented and we are a pvp guild, chances are someone will pk you. but this will not result in them being added to our current KOS list which will be decided by officers only.
Members are expected to follow any diplomatic agreements the guild has in place.
5. All members are required to register for website. As the guild UI in AA is extremely limited, this will be the only way to inform the guild as a whole of ongoing events, info, nes, ect.
6. Member participation is required in one form or another. This can be as simple as attending a kraken run or large scale pvp or being a dedicated farmer/crafter for the guild.
8. Members who attend scheduled events are required to follow the rules of that specific event in order to earn participation credit. This include coming to the event fully prepared with consumables and roles as needed. Members are expected to remain throughout the entire event, not lasting more then 2 hours. ( 2 hours+ last pull in kraken.)
9. For all organized events, trade runs, large scale pvp, ect, teamspeak IS REQUIRED!! It is ok if you do not have a mic but everyone needs to be able to listen to instructions.
Keep chat during active moments to a minimum. I would prefer to not have to set priority speakers but i will if necessary.
Follow instructions of the raid leaders
All non important chat is to be kept off teamspeak during active moments.
Lottery
Each week the guild will run a 60/40 lotary. Each member will be allowed to purches 5 tickests at 5 gold a piece. All enteries must be mailed to Purgelotto by friday night. A winner will be picked using a rng each week and they will recieve 60% of the total pot.
The remaning 40% will be added to a 300gold participation pot. Each member who attends a schedualed event (or equivlent for guild farmers/crafters) will earn one ticket up to a maximum of 5. A winner will be chosing using a rng and they will recive 300g + the remaining 40% of the buy in lotary.
Both Lotto drawings will be held on Monday
Kraken Loot
All Kraken loot will be decided by loot council. After the raid, including dealing with tenticles, 3 officers/3 members/ 1 council will be chose at random from the pool of members not interested in the current drop. that winner will be exclded from future drops until all members who have yet to recive kraken loot do so.
Siege weps
Siege weps obtained using guild recources or as drops will be give to members based on a loot council of officers. participation and general activity will play the largest factor in reciving these items.
